For the Alfredo Paulson Specialties Hospital, we adapted our «People, more than patients» campaign with the goal of highlighting the humanity and dedication that define their team. Before the official launch, we shared the campaign internally through an informational mailing, team activities, and a landing page. These initiatives focused on conveying and strengthening the sense of belonging and vocation that characterizes the hospital staff. In this way, we aimed to ensure that every team member felt inspired and committed to the values of the campaign, reaffirming their essential role in providing compassionate, high-quality care.
